They go above and beyond their customer's expectations. While filing a claim can be hectic, their pleasant customer service makes it much more easier. (6 years ago) Currently July, 2025- awful customer service due to Gina. Very rude, very smart, and does not take the customer into consideration. Very sarcastic, which comes off unprofessional.
