I brought my son to the doctors to try and get checked in but they mentioned our insurance wasn’t active so we tried getting a hold of them and we were on the line for hours just to get it resolved and I. The end they would either hang up or they were no help. We tried with multiple representatives and they either got tired of us and hung up or still no help
