I strongly warn everyone to avoid Nina Chen and Blue Valley Insurance Agency. This agency is nothing but a scam! Here’s what happened to me: 1. Deceptive Practices: Nina Chen failed to properly handle my insurance and DMV requirements, resulting in my vehicle registration being suspended without my knowledge. This caused me to receive two tickets totaling $170, all because of her negligence and lies. 2. Unprofessional and Rude: When I contacted her for help, she mocked me and gave dismissive responses instead of resolving the issues. Her attitude is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. 3. This is the worst experience I had in America. I purchased my insurance in Blue Valley on February (They recommended me Access Insurance). But that company bankrupt on April. I didn't get any information from Blue Valley. And until June, I was worn by DMV that I didn't have any insurance. It means I drove with no insurance for 2 months! Then I called blue valley, finally they told me the truth. And they said Access gave refund check to me, however I didn't receive that check. Blue Valley officer said they will help me (now I understand it's just an excuse). For two months, they didn't contact me. I recently contacted a Mr. James Varhall, who has worked with my family for years, about getting some insurance for a new truck I purchased. Not only was he very easy to work with, he was very quick at getting me a quote at a very affordable price. they will rip you off, especially if you are a young driver. I realized I got ripped off the first year, and when I went back in to ask quotes, they gave me absolutely ridiculous price
