There are no words to describe HOW POOR the services have been with BCBS. My wife had a stroke and so everyday trying to get needed services is KEY. For two months now trying to get Home Heathcare Coverage only to find that EVERY SO CALLED provided in the provider BCBS Provider Network WILL NOT ACCEPT her PLAN. Meanwhile BCBC denies us the OUT OF NETWORK REQUEST as someone inside BCBS NOT DOING THEIR JOB to verify that none of the providers take the Plan. I thought BCBS was Premium after leaving Aetna, leaving only because they no longer provide private insurance, only to find we are in CHAOTIC Situation that we are paying $1400+ Monthly FOR. Terrible. Everytime I call I’m put on hold. When I get in touch with someone, they can’t answer my question and say they’ll call me back. When I get a callback they ring ONCE and hang up. To call them back, I have to go through the whole prompt system, wait on hold for 15mins, speak to a new representative, there are no notes in the system despite calling them for over a year trying to understand why I’m being billed more than my max out of pocket. I have to explain everything for the twentieth time. Again, they can’t answer and need to escalate and tell me they’ll call me back. I get a piece of mail saying the closed the inquiry. I call to get their findings…. They have no notes on the inquiry in the system. We go through the whole thing again.

BCBS customer care number always drops calls in the middle. Happened multiple times and they never call back in return. Pathetic service. You have to spend at least an hour to connect with an agent. Their in network hospital list is out dated. Their response is we have to call them and spend an hour every time you go to an hospital. Horrible to hear these kind of messages from a customer care executive.

0 stars. Customer service is terrible, they do not understand English, and they REFUSE to do their jobs!! They billed me for a procedure 8 MONTHS later, even though I PAID IN CASH before procedure was even done!! After calling and speaking to 2 different people, literally yelling at them, then they said they don't have record of it. I personally called the facility where procedure was done to verify date. & amount and called BCBG back and had to explain BASIC MATH!! Then my policy is canceled for 3 months of non-payment even though I DID pay!! Again, I have to do their job for them and say that there was no reason to cancel, and then the said it was an error. STILL waiting on a return call and the numbers provided on Google give NO LIVE PERSON!!!

It has been an ongoing nightmare trying to cancel my health insurance with this company. I canceled my policy on November 1st and still have a bill showing for the month of December.
