Blue Cross Blue Shield in Lubbock

Would not recommend. They call to "audit" you by asking very invasive questions about the you're organization. The questions have nothing to do with insurance, but everything to do with charging you more based on how much the organization is brings in. All they want to know is if you can afford to pay them more.

I got my foot crushed at work it broke and fractured 4 bones and blew out the inside of my foot like a smashed grape. I ended up getting fracture blister which resulted in a nickel size hole in top of my foot. I live out of the area and these guys have been great the hole time. The lady called my phone that doesn't work at my home instead of the phone we had been communicating on for months and said she was going to stop benefits unless she talks to my local dr for a status update so I called my local dr told her what message said she said she will call her right now and tell her not to stop benefits I am still not cleared for full duty until I go see an orthopedic specialist.
