Blue Cross Blue Shield in Bronx

I really like this place I haven’t had any problems with the staff but my first time going I was picked up by their courtesy car service!!! Wrong move the person that picked me up was on the phone the whole time with the phone in her hand. She was playing very derogatory music loud and driving like she was in a illegal street race after that I had to find a way to get there on my own.

The staff at this place is very kind and friendly the facility is clean.the best part of me is being treated with actuapuncture And being seen by dr. Galati and his wonderful after staff. After a few sessions i seen plenty of improvement highly recommend this to anyone

The treatment and staff here is the best, they are warm friendly and attentive which is much needed during trying times

I went there for the first time today and i was greeted by a Marta who was very nasty on the phone and just as nasty in person PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE THAT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC AND ARE NOT SHORT TEMPERED TO AVOID ARGUEMENTS
