TERRIBLE customer service, they don’t speak or understand English 99% of the time. If you are a provider it’s mandatory they put you on a 30 minute hold while they are “looking” up the plan. I wish I could give negative stars. The worst company hands down. Awful awful awful.

Awful customer service. Have submitted overseas claim to global core twice. No ody can give me a straight answer to as why the claims haven't been processed. Spend hours on the phone and we are still right where we started. Submitted claim through mail and through e portal. Would not recommend BCBS

My agent has retired due to health problems and I have been on hold twice trying to talk to someone at BCBS> plus I am on y\their website getting no where. Terrible customer service.

Bad customer service my husband was trying to make a payment, took a hour just to go in circles. And the price kept changing 2 times.

Do you need a life saving procedure? Are you sick and need help? We’ll look FURTHER bc they are a JOKE! Someone needing a life saving procedure shouldn’t have to wait over TWO WEEKS to get it done bc of a scummy insurance company. SHAME ON YOU BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD SHAME
