Erie was hacked and this branch couldn't even reach out to its customers via phone call or letter to let them know. I had to call twice to figure out what was going on and why my payment didnt come out like normal.I was assured that I would get a phone call but weeks later and that never happened, prompting my second call. Now everyone is being double drafted and many customers didn't even have an idea why since there was no communication except for a memo in the mail stating the double draft, but no reason as to why. Unprofessional and poor business practice.

Great experience. Not only were they cheaper- they also provided better overall coverage on every vehicle as well as in my home insurance. Not sure how they can be better and cheaper but I'm not complaining. Karen, our representative, also left us with a smile due to her ability to clearing explain what was changing and what each coverage meant.
