Sent in request for some quotes on home/wind/flood/auto. Took the agent 2 days to get with me, another 3 days to call with additional questions and then I never heard from her again. Very unprofessional in my opinion especially with me being an insurance agent with State Farm. We never conduct our office in this manner. We respond the day of the request and get the quotes out the same day. Do not recommend this office at all.
I was looking for a new Home Owners Policy and Blanchard took care of me. Got me everything I needed and was very patient with me dealing with my bank. Carrie Mahle and Steve Blanchart made it a very easy process! I recommend using them, great rates, and top notch customer service!!!
They have always done me and my family right when dealing with our insurances. Carrie always goes the extra mile.
