She has helped through some challenging times, always with a smile (I can hear it through the phone line) and is extremely responsive with phone calls and text messages. She is prompt with any info or quote she promises and makes dealing with insurance so much easier. She even called to follow up on my towing situation recently to make sure it worked out okay.
