UPDATE: Finally, received a call from them. Received quotes & were reasonably priced considering the current price for homeowners/flood insurance. Unfortunately, I wasn't told in the beginning that they will not allow you to bind coverage over the phone even though I told them that I'm calling from out of state before receiving quotes. We did end up going with another agency, but may try again next year since I'll be able to come into the office at that time. Buying a house in Vidor. Called 3/16 for a homeowners quote. Lady was with a client. Sounded like I totally interrupted her day. She took my name & number to call me back. I still haven't received a call.
