Steve and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend bittel and company.

My cousin had this insurance company and has recently passed away. Knowing she is deceased and the car is not being driven they refuse to reduce coverage to storage(comprehensive only) they would rather take the last of her money from her auto pay at the bank. There is only a $100 left in her account. Customer service at the 1-800 number is useless and says coverage can only be changed at the local office! I just want the policy completely cancelled and then I can insure with the agency I use for my own vehicles.

The people in this office are very courteous and competent. They never mind when I need to call them more than once a year to make a change to my policy. When I buy a new car the dealership often comments that Bittel reps are the most pleasant and friendly insurance reps they have dealt with. We have moved more than an hour away but would not change to a closer agent due to our good experience with this agency.

Sheila was fantastic. She was able to write both our home and our auto policies and save us money on both. Excellent personal and friendly service. I now consider Sheila a friend. Give her a call at Bittel and Co. you won't be disappointed!!!!!
