The worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t have electronic document delivery, so I get half a tree sent to me in the mail for every claim. They also don’t interface with the rest of the United Healthcare (even though they are a subsidiary) to seamlessly handle other benefits, like FSA and HRA. Stay away from this company. Pick another health plan.
