Over the last couple years I have been working with Matt Baxendale from this office. Today and as in the past he has been extremely easy to work with, knowledgable and thorough. We changed a vehicle registration from CT to another state(needed to switch insurance policies also) and he contacted the other agent, sent all the information promptly then followed up with me regarding it. He also informed me that I needed to cancel the CT registration at DMV and instructed me how to do it quick and easy online. He goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend him. We have multiple policies for multiple entities.
