Dave G. is an amazing person and agent. It was a pleasure working with him, in a stressful time, refinancing, life’s ups and downs, etc. Dave made the process seamless, hassle free, and went above/beyond to ensure we got the best rates and coverage, even with many moving parts to the transaction. I filed a claim by phone today, and it was a good experience. Dave was knowledgeable and helped me get set up for repairs at a shop that was close by. He also set me up with a rental car. Just the kind of help you need when you’re in a tizzy about having had an accident. I’ve been using this Allstate office for probably 40 years and I’ve never been disappointed.

Had my first meeting today with my new agent, Ritch Lutz, and he was delightful and very helpful! He explained things about my policy that I never understood before and saved me money. He has a great sense of humor and had me smiling all through our conversation. I look forward to working with him!
