I can’t say enough incredible things about Bill and the team over at his branch!! John and Russ are truly phenomenal - they’re both knowledgeable, kind, personable and responsive and have helped me navigate my portfolio with ease and simplicity, ensuring I receive the best possible rates and coverage for my situation. I’ve had a few rental properties and my car insured here for the past 5 years and have been happy the entire time. I can’t recommend this team enough! :)

We used State Farm with BK and Zack ( was our main contact) 2 times now while my daughter needed car insurance while going to CSU. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Zack and this office especially when we were shipping our vehicle across state lines and all way to Hawaii we made sure we had best efficient insurance through transitioning 2 times. I highly recommended this office especially after trying GEICO and realizing how restrictive and unresponsive they were even hung up on by GEICO and found SF was a blessing. I love how they always offered extra discounts for savings we have earned. Aloha and Mahalo from your Hawaii clients. Bill was great to work with. He helped me start a quote after hours on a Friday then finished it up on Saturday out side of normal business hours. Would recommend!
