Bill Granger - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have worked with Bill's office for years and have no problems at all. They answer all questions when needed and provide great service. Would and have recommended them to others as well!

For several months I’ve had issues with a bills being returned and then being charged a $25 dollar fee. Every time they would tell us they figured it out, when they didn’t. Then comes Dec. 20th I find out they canceled my fiancés policy. I asked why, they told me it was because of his policy claims. I told them he didn’t have any claims. Before I could even finish Brandi, one of the agents, cuts me off and says “well they’re your claims so.” with a snotty attitude. Why did my claims cause my Fiancé’s policy to be canceled? These agents are never helpful. I’ve had Statefarm since i was 16 and this place caused me to leave. Absolutely terrible customer service. They have no idea what they’re doing.

For the past 3 months I have received my bill saying that I didn't pay in full. For the last 2 months I have paid at Bill Grainger's office with a credit card. Evidently State Farm has rolled out a new software package that isn't near ready. State Farm needs to let us customers know what is going on and fix the problem fast before we leave.

I would give 0 Stars if I could. State Farm definitely does not have your best interest at hand, they just want your premium every month. The worst possible customer service from agents and up. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for protecting your home and belongings.

The two times I have needed this agent, they were closed and would not allow State Farm to conduct business with me! Also one one occasion I needed to use the restroom very badly secondary to a medical problem, the front desk girl informed that indeed they had a bathroom, but it was for employees only, and i had to leave and come back, at the time of this incident, I had been a customer for over 18 yrs
