I’ve had the pleasure of working with Patty, one of the agents at this office, for a few years now. I initially reached out when checking rates for a new homeowners policy but quickly switched over my auto policy and boat policy when I realized how much I’d be saving compared with the other companies I had been dealing with for years. She’s always easy to get in touch with, helpful and friendly. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner!

I have been a customer of Bill Frehse and State Farm since 2020. My mother, who passed in 2020, was a customer of State Farm Insurance and Bill Frehse since the early 80s; thus, as I was my mother's authorized representative, I had many opportunities to reach out to Patty at their office on her behalf. I sold her house without needing their services recently, but Patty was the best! She was the ultimate professional whenever I had a question or challenge. Patty always made me feel valued, and my satisfaction was her mission. She made recommendations about insurance options without any pressure to buy more insurance. It was just the opposite. She also tried to find discounts or areas where we could lower costs. I never felt pressure to purchase or sales pitches. Patty was a joy to work with

If I could give Bill Frehse and his associates zero stars I would (aside from his receptionist, who is friendly). I’ve been a customer for years since I started driving, and even went to high school with Bill’s son-in-law. This office is only focused on sales, not customer service. Bill and his employees tend to get heated quickly, escalating the situation from bad to worse when you are at your most vulnerable emotional state. I was rear ended in a parking lot and called the office for guidance. I filed a police report and claim at everyone’s suggestion (because I couldn’t just deal with one agent here and got the run around). They assured me the accident wouldn’t be reported because it was not my fault and an uninsured claim. Guess what? They reported it. They also refused to cover the co

I've had my insurance through Bill for over 16 years now and my entire family chooses to be insured there too and for good reason! They're always very pleasant to work with and never let us down whether it's on the phone or in the office. And it's really nice to have a physical office to go to if needed. Bill, Patty, Martha, Stanley, and everyone else are awesome!!

Insured for 20 plus years, never filed a claim; decided to file a claim for major repair after a major storm. Due to high deductible, I had to save up to cover the cost ( you are allowed 2 years from the date of the claim) this Agency called an adjuster to my home and made a report that I neglected my home. Even though, they were aware that I was saving for the extra money needed to repair the home. I thought that was in poor taste, I used them for over 20 years and they could not wait until I saved enough money to cover the repairs. The 2 year time period was not up, I had 6 months left. I went to the office and was looked in the eye and was assured that that was just procedure and not to worry. Guess what, I received a cancellation in the mail the next week!
