I recently was involved in a car accident with an unlicensed, uninsured driver, so I had to rely on my State Farm coverage and Bill’s team to help me through the ordeal. Bill and his team made the process so much less stressful than I had anticipated. Bill responded to my emails quickly, often reaching out by phone to direct me through the steps, and well, metaphorically hold my hand. Aside from this episode, I have handled all of my insurance needs through Bill for many years and have always experienced efficient and excellent help. Probably one of the best experiences I had with having to pay a bill. Very helpful with answer questions, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed to get off the phone. I felt as if my time was valued which doesn’t seem to happen often when you call anywhere these days. Wasn’t put on hold which is always a great thing.
