I am not normally a Google review human, however the lack of communication plus the huge rate hikes we experienced with Biggs is unacceptable. We purchased a new vehicle and needed to get proof of coverage before we could take ownership. That day, I called four separate times during business hours, left four separate messages as well as emailing them. To this day, I have not received a phone call or email back about adding a new vehicle to our policy. I had to go directly to the insurance company to get what I needed. When we received our renewals and noticed our policies had gone up a significant amount (over $1,000 for our auto policy and close to $500 for our homeowners) with no changes to our driving history I had called to discuss this. I have tried to work with this agency for over 3 weeks now. I wanted to combine all 4 of my residential rental properties, two marine policies and two auto policies into their group. I provided them all the policy numbers, info etc. for eight policies to take over and have had to call at least 6 times to see how things are coming. They say I will see it tomorrow, or someone will call you by the end of the day. Haha... never happens🤔 This place does not work for their customers at all. I regret calling them and now having lost 3 weeks will start over with a proven reputable company like State Farm or Farmers. It saddens me to think that I wanted to support our local small businesses here in Vancouver but I did not intend to babysit them too.

I have been using Biggs Insurance for my small business for quite a few years now. Andrew and Shanna within Biggs are have always provided me with great customer service and handling all my one off requests I receive with my clients. They are familiar with my needs and only sell me the necessary products to keep my business protected.

Once great now terrible. The agents screen their calls so you always go to voicemail. If you have any urgent questions forget it. The rate increases don't match the industry standard. Stay away you will be better off almost anywhere else. Ex-loyal client.

Horrible communication. Lack of professionalism. Noah never returned my calls emails or texts. Had me wait for more that a month for a quote promising he was working on it and will call back. DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
