Fraud insurance company. BIGGEST SCAMMER!!!!🚨🚨🚨 in trucking industry. They didn’t refund my down payment. After 6 months they told me. We owe you $4.79 only after fees and everything. They converted $2,877.00 my down payment in $4 after fees. For info i put down payment nd i used this insurance just for 6 months.and ended up with $4 💸. So please beware my all trucker brothers.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Myles Weigel and BIBA Insurance Service. I can assure you that you will receive excellent service. It’s not about the premium you pay, it’s the quality of service that you receive. I have new authority and received the best rate that was possible. Myles and the staff are extremely professional you won’t be disappointed. I’ve read the past reviews and I believe that it all had to do with not paying the policy on time.

I was dealing with harman and she renewed my policy and when I called their accounting team after 17 days because they never took the down payment from my bank account and their account team says that i never renewed with them. I contacted harman regarding this and she said that my policy did renewed and she will send me policy documents as a proof showing my insurance is active. So i kept following up with harman regarding policy documents couple of times and she never sent me policy documents and one day they took down payment without notifying me and I didn’t let the payment go through and they sent that amount to collection stating that I owe them money. Worst insurance agent to deal with. I would give them zero stars if there was a option to do so.

I have never dealt with such a horrible claims adjuster. Barbara is extremely rude, has no people skills, and wants to get the conversation with you done and over with. She hung up on me without saying anything after she had decided she had all of the information she needed. She will tell you all of the information is incorrect, and leave it at that. She’s not willing to make the process easier for you, she’s not willing to tell you WHAT information she needs, and she’s made it very clear she isn’t paid to be understand and compassionate towards clients.

PSA Biba Insurance filed Bankruptcy 1/2019 This company is a scam do not do business with them!!!! Biba Insurance has a lot of lawsuits to settle and pay. They will leave you open to litigation. Do Not Do Business with Biba Insurance you will be sorry 😐 Biba Insurance has went into bankruptcy as of January 2019 but are still taking your money and will not cover you when you get hurt. Go somewhere else save yourself the heartaches and frustration of dealing with this company!!!
