B.H. Gold Insurance

I moved out of my too big house in 2018. it was suggested to me to get my condo insurance from you. I also switched my auto and umbrella. Last year the condo ins was cancelled because the company was no longer covering in California. BH Gold told me they did not have an alternative. I was frantic but managed to find another with more adequate coverage. I was turned off so decided to switch my auto insurance and umbrella also. Now I am getting notices that I did not pay the auto even though I did not renew. I chose BH gold because I thought they would look after me.

I’ve been a commercial client for years and always feel like I’m a priority for Erin and the team. She truly understands our business and the types of risks we face. Whenever we need her help to navigate through issues, she right there for us. I highly recommend using this firm for your personal or commercial insurance needs.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I called after a referral from Palomar. This was after near 2 weeks of unsuccessfully trying to buy policies from all the major insurance companies as very few offer landlord coverage for SoCal condos. Lisa is the agent I worked with to purchase coverage. This transaction took minutes, and it was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I was so happy I nearly cried. Do not hesitate to call and purchase your policy from them; best experience ive had in my life as a homeowner.
