I walked in with no appointment and not knowing any of their prices I had to get insurance and I had to get it now by time I walked out I had liability insurance for less than $100 she was so helpful and friendly it was amazing how easy she made it I wish I could remember her name because she definitely deserves a lot of credit

My wife called, got a quote, without having to wait for a phone call back. It was a very reasonable deal on the quote. They were very helpful and friendly. Their prices are very comparable to any of the other prices around. The lady at the location on 1st and Sheridan was very nice, friendly, and said she'd be there all afternoon, to come in at my convenience. When I arrived; she was very prompt and efficient, doing everything, and having me out of there in less than 20 minutes, with verification in hand. I definitely recommend using them to anyone I know as well as anyone I don't know. Best insurance experience in years. Really!!!

Kat is who we spoke with, She was fast, friendly and quoted us much cheaper than the other companies we previously received quotes from. After leaving we realized we forgot to add one of the motorcycles on there, so we went back in (late) and without hesitation Kat got it added on! She stayed late (after 5pm on a FRIDAY) to ensure everything was completed, WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE THE ENTIRE TIME! She truly showed us what excellent customer service is! 11/10 recommend!

We came in to Best Insurance for a quote because we were paying almost $300 a month with our previous company. We received wonderful, professional assistance and ended up with a new policy that will save us $100/month! The service was quick, friendly and great. I appreciate that we will be with a local company that will be quick to handle my calls as well (I was on hold with my current company for 10 minutes trying to get some info!).
