Over a year ago, I purchased a policy with Best Doctors, drawn in by their promise of international coverage, high-level medical support, and efficient service. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite different. I haven’t used the insurance even once. When I requested a review of a medical exclusion related to a minor diagnosis, the process was long, exhausting, and filled with obstacles created by both the Policy Processing Department and the Medical Department. In the end, they removed one exclusion only to impose another—this time based on a digestive condition that has never required treatment and wasn’t even the reason for the consultation. Don't trust on this insurance. During the time we most need it didn't work. They make us lose so much time, stress when my family was undergoing a very critical situation.
