I live behind this establishment and have informed them on one occasion that insane homeless people are living behind their building, setting up camp and starting plastic-filled camp-fires that can easily escalate and damage their building. Fitting, they continue to do nothing. I am embarrassed that several of my loved ones use this agency for insurance. The response the younger Bertilacchi gave was humorous and indicative that he is clueless after his grandfather has retired. It is classless to say the least. If you cannot take care of your premise, you probably can’t take care of your customers either. Gross

Underwent changes as no more personalized service. And, the person that they have doing the personal Mercury insurance is condescending and rude. After 35 years with this company, I am looking for a new Mercury agency.

Very knowledgeable and competitive rates. Probably not the cheapest but you will know that your property is insured by an excellent company. Very professional.
