Widespread incompetence. Nice people, but they routinely fail to do their job. On two separate occasions (2025 and around 2022), my homeowners insurance lapsed with no warning from them. I was willing to forgive it the first time, but not the second. Perhaps even more unbelievably, on both occasions I was the one who brought the lapse in coverage to their attention. While they apologized when this was brought to them, that does not make up for this level of ineptitude. Quite simply, they have no system in place to catch issues like this—something that should concern any potential customer, especially high-net-worth individuals.

We were on vacation in Florida and when we got to the rental car agency, they wouldn't let us have the car till we showed them a Declaration of insurance. My wife called Kim at the agency and within a few minutes she had emailed it to my wife's phone, and we were on our merry way! My same agent of over 12 years with yearly contact and policy updates...conveniently fails to notify me of my most recent $4500.00 annual Homeowners policy increase. I soon after heard on the street that they went to premium business so everyone's rates skyrocketed with them. This is something a dedicated agent should have mentioned out of good business ethics...but...2025...he wasn't in it for my business, rather his own interest...cha ching for him🤑🤑 but it sent us back 4k on our escrow and this is something that could have very well cost someone their home, all to line his own pockets and profit the business. I find it truly ironic I wasn't notified of this increase, but had been every yr prior for well over 12 yrs. Instead, he treated me like it didnt matter and in fact told me, I won'
