If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Their software platform is clunky and reminiscent of 1998. Their employees are clunky and reminiscent of the California DMV (iykyk). Their communication is abysmal- they are incredibly disorganized. The only thing this fringe benefits organization is good for, is pointing the finger at everyone else for their inefficiency. Top answer on the board? "The audit isn't done yet." The monthly audit of employee/emoyer contributions and hours is NEVER done by month end according to Pleasonton Office' Lisa Hart. It doesn't matter to her if my family will have enough reciprocal hours for healthcare the following month, I should just wait and see. The 11th hour on the last day of the month? Still not audited. NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB. They hold YOUR money hostage!! I jump through all the hoops. Fill and send out the same paperwork 5 times. It has been 1 year I’ve been trying to have them pay me back what I’m owed. I have all the emails to prove everything I’m stating. They suspend your card over menial paperwork. You will lose use of your HSA card often if you use this company. Your treatments will be interrupted and your medical bills will be over due as this company has zero employees that give a shit. No one is held responsible for NOT following through with their job duties. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I have never heard one positive thing about this place. Their customer service team needs A LOT of training. The lady (Asha) that i spoke with was very unhelpful, as well as uninformed on their own policies and procedures. When I told her that the information she had just given me was false, she became very nasty and dismissive. IF IT WAS MY CHOICE, THEY WOULD LOSE MY BUSINESS!

Extremely poor communication and mis handling of pension, annuity, and healthcare benefits. Been trying to get my benefits straightened out for over a year and it's an extremely painful process dealing with these people

Unfortunately dealing with some people with Benesys is very unpleasant. Dominique is one of those people. They are there to help us navigate our benefits with the union, but she seemed like I was interrupting her nail time. Here is a hint to Benesys, because of the people putting money into our benefits is the reason you have a job.
