You know since it's "2017" then I will turn to the internet to voice my concerns. I spoke to Charlie who frankly, was just plain rude. Hey I get it, you don't want to work for free... but let me explain to you something, showing compassion... kindness ... and courtesy will always make you more money in the long run. It's called being selflessly selfish. You sir, are just well... selfish. I flat out told you, I have never had to buy my own insurance policy before, so I was not up to speed on things and asked you to clarify if in fact PPOs are no longer offered and if the plans I saw on the marketplace were the only plans offered. Your response? I am sure you will recall... "It's 2017..." and nothing you said after that mattered. Because, no s*** it's 2017; I don't desire to do any busines

He was quick, kind and honest. He actually ended up referring me elsewhere, but I really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness.
