if you look at my reveiws I rarely leave negative feedback but if I could leave negative stars if I could. Strongly advise to ask you company to find an alternative provider. I have used BRI before at this company and it was a nightmare. Couldn't even use for dental as everyting was always denied and had to jump through so many hoops submitting this and that which I think is the ploy, if you finally give up you lose the money. after a few years I tried again last year. Mostly smooth process. Only 9 days into 2026 and they have already denied purchase of 2 different trips to the pharmacy for different prescriptions. Tried to call but as usual, forever to get to a real person then they just give you the run around. He said I have to submit it manually for reimbursement and they might require

Absolutely the worst company ever. Had to pay my own expense to use my card. So, I went online to pay it and now they say it will take 5 business days for them to activate my card. Yet I need to use my card now. Off to the Attorney General now to register a complaint. Then to my HR team here to propose and suggest getting a new reimbursement company to use. Terrible, terrible customer service.

If you have a choice DO NOT use this company. You can't get worse service from a company, apart from being physically assaulted by them. They froze my account AT THE END OF BENEFITS SEASON -with over $1500.00 of MY UNSPENT MONEY- over a $39.00 receipt they refused to accept. I requested a replacement receipt from Dentist at least four times and it was never good enough for them. It was the way the dental office had their billing documents set up that was the problem, NOT that the service wasn't covered. I eventually had to pay out of pocket to resolve it. Just know that this company WILL POCKET YOUR MONEY over a trivial matter. In fact, I'm pretty certain they LOOK FORWARD TO IT. I use BRI Benefits through my employer for both a limited purpose FSA and an HSA, and I strongly recommend choosing another vendor if you have the option. Their customer service is consistently poor, and their website for managing HSA investments is outdated, confusing, and frustrating to navigate. To make matters worse, they brand their benefits card as “Beniversal”—a name that feels gimmicky and does nothing to inspire confidence in the service. Overall, the experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily complicated. On a positive note, their claims submission process for FSA is straightforward and works as expected, but that’s the only bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience.

First you have call like 6 times due to the automated system sensitivity and not recognizing your response. After the sixth call. My rep was rude. Ask me my company name and says nothing coming up. Gave ssn for company to come up. When asked for clarification for future call last rep got an attitude. Felt rushed to get off the phone speak about My money. Rather not have a FSA if I have to go through this.
