Mr Si is unprofessional, unorganized, and worst of all, a liar. Confirmed with Allstate that all the "restrictions" and "rate changes" from Ben's office are absolutely false, and to cease all communication with them. Steer clear of these scammers, save your time and money, call directly to Allstate.
