This is a great agency to do business with along with Grange Insurance, everyone at Belt Insurance are very helpful, friendly and professional.

I contacted Belt because I was interested in switching to Erie Insurance for home and auto. April is a great agent. She was responsive and I am almost certain I was getting on her nerves with all of my questions but she remained patient.

I've been with Belt Insurance for almost three years now. The first meeting was after hours and Todd was more the gracious with me in answering all of my questions. I've had to contact them twice since then and each time their response was prompt and resolved my issues. Just recently, Cindy provided me with premier service as I had just bought a new car and she handled all of the changes and sent me the new insurance car within a few hours. Great job!

The quotes were accompanied by a print out to double check our coverage. She made our switch seamless and helped tremendously in getting us set up for automatic payments.
