I’ve been with Beiler Insurance for years + there is truly no other insurance agency out there that is better than them. Their customer service is top tier, and really, what more would you want from an insurance agency than that?!? Dianne takes the most amazing care of her clients. I never have to worry about any of my policies - she has my account handled + will notify me any time there are any changes or things need updated (and she’s so kindly patient with my chaotic schedule). I even had a sticky situation a few years ago that, while my insurance had nothing to do with it (the situation wasn’t my fault), Dianne was happy to ease my concerns and answer every single question I had (and trust me, I had a lot). Andrew was very professional and super responsive. I moved back from Tn and he was able to get me better rates on my car insurance, and he emailed my previous company in Tn to cancel my policy there. Once again, I've had a claim to submit, and once again, their responsiveness was amazing (see also my review of Goodville Mutual, the coverage I have through Beiler Ins). At those times when I get into a cynical mood, I will say that customer service doesn't exist anymore. Well, there is at least one exception to that in my experience - this insurance agency. No one responds faster when I place a call or send an e-mail! And they always have the information for which I have asked. I can't imagine a better insurance agency and, based on my experience, they represent outstanding insurance companies.
