Becton Insurance is great, I have been with them for more years than I can remember. Response is always quick and handling my insurance is easy. Never satisfied with leaving things as is, they shop my coverage around every year around renewal time. This year working with Jennifer we managed to save over $800 between my home and auto.

My experience is a little different in that I have not done business with Becton. The biggest basketball game in years was sold out months in advance as Texas came to Lubbock to play our Red Raiders. Becton Insurance put two tickets up for drawing on Facebook and I was lucky enough to win them. The tickets could have been used by the company or sold for quite a bit above face value, but instead they shared them with the South Plains community. I think it reflects an attitude of service and I was impressed that they did this. Thank you Becton Insurance Agency!!

Tim Cochran did an excellent job when I needed to find insurance for my company. Some insurance companies won't insure home inspection companies if they perform what are considered to be vital parts of an inspection. Tim did a great job of navigating and finding the right fit for my insurance needs. I highly recommend him.
