Beatriz Zaragoza: Allstate Insurance

Hi I got a price with the company and when I cancel the policy, they never told me about fees for cancellation they just send me to consumer collection, they never contact me to let me know about this fee. they charge the 10 % for the cancellation. I don’t recommend this place, the prices are really high.

Beatriz Zaragoza and her staff are excellent insurance agents. They are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns on insurance services. Plus, every time you walk into their office, they with greet you with a big smile and offer you something to drink like coffee, water, or sodas. The office also looks amazing with the folk art paintings on the walls, and other deco that is displayed on holidays. My son also enjoys coming to this office because there is a friendly kid-zone area too.

One of the best Allstate agencies I’ve worked with. Beatriz Zaragoza and her agents were friendly, helpful, and above all honest. The agent I worked with, Adrian Guzman, showed the utmost professionalism while guiding me through my claim, and I will definitely be returning with any claims I need handled in the future.

Besides hardly ever getting through on the phone. Told me i couldn't cancel my policy until my final month(don't remember if it was her or someone on her team, was months ago). After talking to 2 different representatives, found out that was a lie. She got a free year out of me because I trusted her, and now I feel scammed. Thankfully Valentina Alek in Alhambra was able to help me out and cancel my policy.

I’m new to the state of California and I was fortunate to have met Allstate agent/representative Adrian G during my lunch break. I was impressed on how resourceful this individual was. It started with a quick chat while waiting for my double quarter pounder with cheese. I just purchased a home and since my wife and I are new parents we also purchased a more resourceful utility vechicle. Adrian gave me a full scope information on Insurance options that I never knew were available to me. I felt bad since I had taken time from this persons break but he went above and beyond his duties to inform me regarding my insurance options.
