My insurance company dropped me with only three days' notice, and I was desperate to obtain insurance as quickly as possible. She saw me without an appointment and within a few hours, I had the insurance I needed. Overall experience with this company wasn't good. Our insurance went up by 1k at renewal. We decided to go else where. Called about refund and asking when the check was mailed. I was told they aren't responsible for the mail and couldn't tell me when I would receive it. I obviously know they aren't responsible of mail times. I was just saying great I should expect it next week. Didn't need off hand comments. Just rude. Wont recommend this company and we won't be returning.

I called to ask why my premium was reduced. I received good news about a rate reduction. Michele did an inventory review and I realized I had not updated the roof replacement and kitchen renovation. I had a question about liability coverage and Michele gave me some options to explore. It is probably the first time I ended a call with an insurance agent feeling I truly was in good hands.

We had a nationally known insurance for many years with no contact except to pay the premium. After a large increase, We decided to speak to the agent who has our home. Your representative was professional and attentive to our needs. We now have her as our agent for house and auto.

I just bought a house and was getting mixed signals as to how my Home Owners Insurance being paid. I had requested that it be set up to be paid through the mortgage and I thought it was. I received a bill from the insurance company stating that I owed the full amount for the year. This presented two problems. First, the insurance was not being paid through the mortgage and second they had not received the money from my closing. The main issue was that the money was not sent to the proper address and had to be forwarded to the correct place to be processed. When I called the place where the money was sent, I found out that it was already forwarded over to the correct address and was being processed. 24 hours later, when I called back, I found that the money had been received and proce
