Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was extremely concerning. The agent provided incorrect insurance information by stating that cargo coverage and on-hook coverage are the same, which is simply not true in the towing industry. Cargo insurance applies to commercial freight and merchandise, while on-hook coverage is a towing-specific coverage required to insure customer vehicles while being towed. These are not interchangeable, regardless of how different carriers may word policies. When an insured clearly states the type of coverage they need, it is the agent's responsibility to provide that coverage, not substitute it with a different policy based on the agent's own interpretation. Providing incorrect guidance of this nature puts insured businesses at serious risk of claim denia
