B&b insurance in McAllen is absolutely disgusting! Starting with a lady named Lupita she speaks so rudely to the rest of the employees and demands way too much of the other employees, don’t know if she’s the manager or what but my whole time I was there at the office, she spent most of her time yelling at her peers. Unpleasant experience!! Please save your money and time and go to another insurance!!

I have always had a good experience here. I have been with them for about 3 years already and have no complaints. They have great, inexpensive prices. They actually lowered my policy $20 monthly. I ended up saving over $200 throughout the year.

Seeing the new commercial they made using Artificial Intelligence, I don't think it's a good idea to use it 😔 it ticks me off when I see AI motion for B&B insurance commercial in channel Univision 48 and Jesus Christ I feel they should just hire a good animator than using AI for a commercial use :v

Terrible customer service, horrible coverage from this insurance, they don't take phone calls, three agents in the office and for 15 minutes no one even asked me what I needed, additional charges for payments because they can't be made online.

There is a crazy lady that works there and just keeps yelling at me when the whole time she wasn't even the one helping me out and then they tried to sale me the same insurance I had for a higher price I don't recommend this place at all bad service and the place smells like weed inside like if they smoke in there
