Baxter Insurance

After years of paying for car insurance and home insurance we finally ended up needing to make our first claim for a roof replacement due to a major wind storm this year. Everyone else on our street got their roof replaced by their insurance company, no problem. Grange though, no way - Here are pennies on the dollar, then a notice of non-renewal for not being able to afford replacing your roof. I suppose if you like paying premiums each month, with zero coverage to your assets, they are the place for you.

Not happy with the agency. I still do not know why I stay with this agency, family has dealt with Baxter for 30 plus years. I am in total shock everytime I call it is always something new. And to have the Baxter agency tell me because of there error that they can prorate it back to when I moved if that makes me happier. Sue at this agency has not been a pleasant to deal with. This is the last thing and I keep saying give them one more try. I can't do this much longer they are a broker for the insurance company they get a kick back as well for me being a policy holder and using them as my broker. I guess one policy holder will not make or break them so I'm yet again just a number.

They are horrible ...no other words to desribe without being nasty ...i am leaving this agency with my house insurance ...they are rude ...they hang up the phone on u when talking and all they care bout is taking ur cash

They definitely don't treat you like a customer. Only interested in getting payed. This is ridiculous trying to get information from them.

Baxter Insurance has been very helpful to me. I highly recommend this group.
