Throughout the process, Khrystal was always very responsive, professional, and understanding of my needs. She also explained things clearly. I would highly recommend this insurance agency, and my experience working with Khrystal especially was excellent. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt as though her service, and the service of Bates Hewett & Floyd, deserved some recognition.

Rather mechanical and automatic interaction with the agent, bordering on rude. If she were more interactive and human we both could have saved a lot of time.
