I’ve been with the State Farm on and off for fours years now due to their unpleasant reputation with customer service and just like everyone; I’ve encountered countless times in horrible experiences with the State Farm Reps. Until today, I received a phone call from Rachel E (State Farm agent) to update my address. Though I thought the address had been updated, which it wasn't by a different agent; she was kind enough to do that for me and brought up the condominium insurance policy that I might be interested in getting to insure the building and personal property. She was very professional, polite, patient, and well educated in educating me regarding my condo insurance. She took the time to explain every single one of my policy to me, as well as to the deductible, coverages, etc. Best

I am current State Farm Member, and Barry is my Agent. I requested Earth Quick insurance Quote from him around Sep 11th. His Office representative answered my call at that day and said system is down and will provide you quote by end of tomorrow. I have been waiting for this quote still, and whenever i call his office, nobody answer the phone. I left voice message, and still haven't receive call back. It's horrible customer service, and i am going to change my Agent today.

We like State Farm. Their customer service is excellent. They especially come through when you have an accident. You get to choose your repair shop and they do not hassle you about repair costs.
