Joe is a very unkind person. He wouldn't give us the time of day. I wouldn't get insurance for my dog from him. I didn't even want to give him 1 star. But that was the only option. Plenty of other places to get insurance, where u will find nice people.
I have dealt with different insurance companies over the years and Barnes Insurance is by far the best In the business. No one can top their customer service.
