Lori, my agent is the best. I would recommend her for any comercial ins. She always has my back. There when I need her. On top of things before I can ask. I couldn't ask for a better agent. If you are in the market for a commercial insurance please use BPJ. You will not regret it. In this day and age when a business has your back like they do, you do not want to ho anywhere else.

Had workers comp and liability for two companies I own through Barker Phillips. Went through an audit (not out of the norm), in which they changed my classification code and tried to charge me several thousand dollars more for my premium. I disputed the audit because they only changed the classification on one of my businesses instead of both. Both businesses are the same only in different locations, so it didn’t make sense for them to be classified differently. Our agents at Barker, filed the dispute on our behalf, but that’s where they stopped. Once the insurance company came back and said they weren’t changing it, our agents were done fighting for us. Derris is one of the best commercial agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He sat down with me and found out what WE needed as a business. We found some coverages that we're missing in the past and found some that I didn't need. Would recommend to anyone.

The worse Insurance company I have contacted!! Only for the lady that answered first and tried to help, she then transfers me to a "Brandan Price ", so he could help me! The only thing he took care of was scream, no patience, no respect, SOOO unprofessional!! Not someone who helps through telephone!! PLEASE run away from this place and if they want to transfer you to a "BRANDAN RRICE" just hang up or ask for someone else. Just warning people so they do not feel humiliated.
