I had an auto policy with Pr*gr*ss*ve and it started getting crazy expensive. I went out on a limb and tried State Farm for the first time. I was nervous- what if they were pushy? What if it was too expensive? What if Jake was there? Well, thankfully Jake wasn’t there but MACY was! She improved my policy, lowered my cost, and made me totally at ease! She’s the real deal! Macy deserves a raise, employee of the month, a vacation, and a target gift card! Slay queen!

Macy was very thorough and thoughtful in accessing our needs when putting together a quote for our 3-flat building. Very easy to work with and took care of a lot of the headaches or detailed paperwork on a topic I don’t know forward and back. I'm so surprised to read in some of the comments that people have thought Barbara is rude. I've been a client for about 4 years and have only had fantastic experiences. Barbara can be straightforward for sure, which might be unusual or off-putting for people used to syrupy Midwestern sweetness, but she's not at all rude or mean. I appreciate her directness and great advice, and there have been a couple times when she's put my saving money so my premiums don't go up above her making more commission. That's some really important integrity in my book. I will continue to give her my business for as long as I can.
