Tori and Brie just tore into the driveway like they've known us forever. Tori told us that she needed to go over my husband's upcoming medicare enrollment because he's turning 65 this year. (Tori is a fast talker, showing Brie how it's done.) She said open enrollment only happens once and that my husband needs to know about all of his options. I asked her if she was selling something. She didn't say no, but instead told us that she wanted us to know our options and then decide what to do. I shouldn't have made an appointment but I somehow felt that Bankers was working for Medicare and was being sent out to inform people about open enrollment. What a sleezy sales tactic. Tori could have been upfront and told us that she'd like for us to see what medicare supplement insurance her company sel

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Agent came to my house (no soliciting sign clearly displayed) and has the audacity to tell me Medicare sent him, because they hadn't heard from me. Stood there and argued with me, insisting that they contacted his office. This was a flat out lie. Medicare does not advocate any company on their behalf. As a matter of fact it is illegal. After the agent left, I called the main office to complain. I did get 2 call backs from his trainer and a manager, letting me know he would be informed about the illegality of his sales pitch. 4 days later, he calls my home, totally oblivious regarding his previous interaction with me. This company is deceitful in their practices.

They showed up at my door wanting to change my Medicare supplement and prescription. Told her I was already taken care. She's very pushy and very rude. She told me I need more benefits. They came dress sloppy and not appropriate for an insurance agents. I was very unhappy with her attitude and the way she treated me trying to push it to my home. Ask her how she got my addresses and she refused to tell me. She said, applied it online. I told her I do not do business online. When I call the office to verify who she was they told me that they go door to door trying to sell Medicare from a list they get. I In my opinion beware of this business. When I say "No", I mean "No".

I want to affirm the critical reviews posted by others: despite holding a long term care policy for many decades, my family has been unable to get Banker's Life to to fulfill their policy agreement. I'll save you the hassle of laboriously reading the details of the run around they've given us except that to say my grandparent's PCP (specializing in geriatrics) has echoed our sentiments on this company; in fact, this doctor has told us she has never seen them pay out on a long term policy. I encourage you to find another provider if you fear you may actually need to use the insurance at some point. Update(6/16/21): After further difficulties getting Bankers life to pay on my grandmother's policy, they finally paid out, including more than a year of back payments. What did it take? A lawyer

Two female agents came to the door wanting to give me info on Medicare changes, they never gave a business card, never gave me their names and were very reserved in stating that they were with Bankers Insurance and only offered that info after we asked who they were with. They were very pushy about wanting to set a time later in the week to meet. I did set a time for them to come back just so I could have time to research Bankers Insurance and glad I did. Lots of negative reviews and negative info on YouTube from former agents. Would never do business with this company.
