Update below. Zero stars. PREDATORS! SCAMMERS! These representatives use and abuse the elderly! This location specifically! They talk them into unnecessary plans and when those plans are cancelled ON THE SAME DAY come to find they have been charging them monthly for 6 months! Plan was canceled not even 1 hour after paperwork was signed. Do you need anything form me for canceling? "No". Do I need a confirmation number? "No. Don't worry about it, contract will be ripped up and nothing will happen." This is what happens to elderly family members! Then family gets involved and the company is refusing to refund her for the past 6 months on a policy that was CANCELLED! Never received paperwork stating plan was implemented. Never received bills.
