Good luck trying to speak to anyone when you call the Green Bay office. Seems like nobody is ever actually in the office so calls always go to voicemail. My husband and I requested to cancel our policies and after 4 phone calls and voicemails, we finally received a call back. We had an agent come to our home to get our signatures for the cancellation and were assured everything would be taken care of... then 6 days later we received letters in the mail saying they were unable to process our request to cancel because they did not have our signatures. I'm not sure if this is a tactic they use to try to collect more payments from people wanting to cancel or if they are truly that disorganized. To say the least, we are both incredibly frustrated with Bankers Life and their extremely poor cust

This experience with the Green Bay office has been a nightmare! No telephone returns, no office return calls, forget leaving a message. My husband’s health plan has been disastrous. I was paying two separate plans. I had to do the footwork to have my money returned. Fighting now to get the supplemental added to his Medicare file so my bills can be paid! My husband needs to be seen by a doctor but the ball was dropped by the agent. Anger and frustration don’t come close to how we feel about Bankers Life. I can’t afford to pay the amount building up. Though we are paying for the health premium off the top! Do something Bankers Lufe!

I was just looking at different inernet options and am borderline being stalked by a rep. Please talk to your representatives about this. I’ve had unsolicited home visits and nonstop phone calls. Do better please

I have never had the displeasure of working with a group that is this lazy. They do not return calls and their cut of your policy is unbelievably high over the cost of the policy through the company directly. It almost feels like theft.

The fact you cannot get ahold of a specific branch makes me livid. I have tried to get ahold of this branch and the Oshkosh branch leaving multiple messages but no one calls me back, or even showing up in person and no one is in the office. It takes weeks to get basic Information regarding policies. They were unable to communicate in a timely manner and had multiple premiums taking out of my account after I wanted it to be canceled.
