Bankers Life

I've had Bankers Life for many years now and have been more than satisfied with my life insurance policy and service. I like that the agents initially came out to see me in person to explain my options and followup with me every year to make sure everything is still good. With so many scams and fake people out there, I also like the fact that they are local and I can call up someone if I have a question without having to be put on hold. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing life insurance.

I love my agent at Bankers Life! She helped me chose a Medicare plan that was right for me and always answers my calls when I have any questions, although I'm sure I drive her crazy when I have a mini panic attack when I can't understand something. I receive excellent personalized service and feel like a valued customer.

We discovered my aunt has a short term policy with Bankers but for the past 3 months we haven't been able to use it. Her son has called and the nursing home but to no avail. I think they're a scam.

This company are crooks! My family member has had this company and paying into this policy for 40 years, only to get a phone call to say they've canceled the policy. So I asked all of the questions only to find that there's NO cash value which they'd been pulling from to keep the policy in good standing and taking her payments, instead of notifying us the policy had increased; however, the monthly invoices were saying something different. We've been paying what the invoice said to pay. They need to be reported, and we're doing EXACTLY that!

I have an awesome agent and great plans at an affordable price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
