If I could give a zero I would. This company came through my gated guarded community with the smoothest talking agent and the most personal information about everyone in the house. He got through my front gate to the community by saying he had an appointment and never even talked to us. We normally have to have people on our gate list for them to be able to get in so yes, I get it. My gate people are at fault as well. He knew names and where people worked and hadn't talked to anyone ever. When I told him my husband was not in he asked me how long would he be. Was he just at the store. Just super uncomfortable. I have given you all the details of what transpired. The least you could do was not send me an automated email. There is nothing else to discuss. I am very disappointed with how this company attempts to do business. Two men back into my female family members' driveway approached her, saying her name, and proceeded to disclose personal information. What part of this is very smart this day in time? When my family member asked how they knew her name, the man stated, "The government gave it to them." I DO NOT CARE IF THE POPE GAVE IT TO YOU, TWO MEN DO NOT APPROACH A SINGLE FEMALE AFTER HOURS FOR NOTHING!!!!! If you want to do business, you do it in a safer, more respectful way. When you are told your services are not needed, you do not ask for their personal information in this matter.
