Absolutely the worst experience of my life pertaining to insurance. Zero help when needed on multiple hail claims, very slow return calls and poor communication on options. Somehow it even took a month to cancel my inflated auto insurance when I moved on.

I dont think it's possible to have been sold a worst insurance plan then what i had through Jerad. Huge monthly payments and when I actually used the insurance...I got a huge bill as well from Sanford. Awful

Brent was very helpful. He helped me get all the information I needed to get my business going. I was nervous going in but he walked me through the whole process. I would recommend him 10/10.

Bain Agency Team, Just wanted to let you know that Holly Winterberg is the BEST!!! She helps us with all our Insurance and claims needs and very quickly also!! She is so pleasant to talk to and has all the right answers to all of our questions!! Thank you for having such a wonderful person working at Bain Agency. There are many agencies and many representatives who have similar duties but I have never found anyone as complete a professional as Holly. There should absolutely be an extra cookie in her stocking at Christmas time and extra cake at her Birthday party Lol... Thanks Again!!!

I have both home and auto insurance through Bain Agency. They have very competitive rates, are extremely easy to work with, and have a knowledgeable staff. I have had one vehicle claim and everything went smooth and was covered as expected. I highly recommend Jared H. as he is excellent to work with and will take care of any issues you have.
