I am absolutely floored by the lack of professionalism from this company!  Multiple calls and email with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. The building I had insured went from under renovation to occupied so I needed a revision of the policy. I reached out multiple times.  I waited months!  I had to leave a message to cancel my policy because I could not get ahold of anyone..  Not surprisingly, a month later I GET A RENEWAL!!  I tried calling again and "The voicemail is full and cannot accept messages"??     Sham company.  Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible. Rate increase without notice, call screening, does not get back to clients after messages are left. They don't answer calls from their clients, but if the Insurance company calls them they'll immediately pick up. Hard to cancel insurance with them when they don't answer and they don't return calls. I'd give them zero stars, but one is the minimum.

i was with them for years and all of a sudden they cut me free and i asked why and they said to me on the phone don't bother us anymore stop calling here you don't need to go through a insurance broker you're better off growing directly to the companies like geico or liberty mutual or progressive or allstate

Always excellent and personalized customer service! I switched my homeowners insurance to Badger & Gunner last year and not only did they save me money on my new policy but they have also gone above and beyond to answer all the questions that I have had.

Love this place! Super friendly and helpful...Nothing like being able to call a small office with real people after getting used to calling a large company with a call center and too many people to keep track of.
